Dr. Panzek and his assistant Claire are wonderful and caring. Would highly recommend them. As far as their office staff not so much. Never return phones calls. Double charged me on a procedure. Got most of the money back that was on my card but remainder have not seen yet after 3 weeks. Ask for phone number of people that bought them out. But they never return my call. When I go in and ask about it they keep saying next week. Hopefully they are adjusting with new owners but would definitely watch what they bill you.
