Leadership

Meet Our Leadership

Good dentistry needs more than a good dentist. It needs an organisation behind it that makes the whole experience dependable.

Operations leadership

Manager of Acquisitions & Operations

Simon leads the business and operational side of Panzek Dentistry. He is not a licensed dental professional and does not provide dental treatment, diagnosis or clinical advice — all clinical care is delivered by qualified dental professionals.

Simon works closely with Dr. Marianna Zadov to ensure that every aspect of the patient experience reflects professionalism, efficiency, compassion and exceptional service.

What Simon oversees

Simon's remit covers the infrastructure around clinical care: how the practice is run, how patients are looked after between appointments, which technology the team uses, and how the practice grows without diluting the standard of care that defines it.

In practice that means auditing the details patients feel most — how quickly a call is answered, whether an estimate arrives when promised, whether a post-treatment follow-up actually happens — and rebuilding the systems behind them when they fall short.

  • Practice operations

Day-to-day systems, staffing structure and the workflows that keep appointments running on time.

  • Patient experience

Every touchpoint outside the treatment room — enquiries, reminders, waiting times and follow-up.

  • Technology implementation

Selecting and rolling out clinical and administrative technology, and training the team to use it well.

  • Marketing

How the practice communicates publicly, with an emphasis on accurate, educational information.

  • Business development

Partnerships, service expansion and the commercial planning that supports clinical investment.

  • Strategic planning

Setting multi-year priorities so decisions today still make sense in five years.

  • Operational efficiency

Removing friction and duplicated administration so clinical time goes to patients.

  • Practice acquisitions

Evaluating and integrating practices, with continuity of care as the first requirement.

  • Long-term growth initiatives

Building capacity deliberately, at a pace that never outruns quality of care.

Clinical and operational, kept separate on purpose

Clinical decisions at Panzek Dentistry belong to the clinicians. Operational leadership exists to remove obstacles from that work — never to influence diagnosis or treatment recommendations. That separation is what allows Dr. Zadov to recommend less treatment when less treatment is right.
