Who we are
Panzek Dentistry is a modern general practice offering comprehensive family, cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Under the clinical direction of Dr. Marianna Zadov, the practice cares for patients at every stage — a toddler's first exam, a teenager's aligners, an adult's cracked molar, a grandparent's implant.
Keeping that range under one roof is deliberate. It means your records, imaging and treatment history sit in one place, and it means the person planning your crown already knows how you clench at night and which appointments make you anxious.
How we work
Appointments are scheduled for conversation as well as treatment. We photograph what we find, show it to you on screen, and describe the realistic outcomes of each option — including the option of monitoring rather than treating.
Treatment plans are written down with costs before anything begins. If a plan needs to be staged over months for financial or clinical reasons, we sequence it by priority so the urgent work happens first.
Comfort is a clinical concern
Dental anxiety is common and rarely irrational — it usually traces back to one bad experience. We take it seriously: longer appointments where needed, an agreed stop signal, careful anaesthetic technique, and no pressure to proceed on the day.
Technology with a reason
Digital radiography, intraoral photography and digital scanning are part of routine care here because they make diagnosis more accurate and communication clearer. We use imaging based on clinical need, not on a fixed schedule.
