When you read them, look past the star average. The useful signals are specific: was treatment explained, did the estimate match the final bill, was an anxious patient treated patiently, was a problem resolved when something went wrong?
Leaving a review
If we have looked after you well, a short review genuinely helps other people decide who to trust with their teeth. Mentioning what specifically helped — the explanation, the comfort, the scheduling — is far more useful to a nervous reader than a rating alone.
