The least expensive dentistry there is
Preventive Dentistry
Prevention is the only part of dentistry that reliably saves money. A cleaning and an exam cost a fraction of the crown, root canal or implant that follows years of neglect.
What a preventive visit includes
Every hygiene appointment combines mechanical cleaning with a careful look for change: new decay, receding gums, cracked enamel, worn contact points and soft-tissue findings that deserve a second look.
- Plaque and calculus removal above and below the gumline
- Gum measurements to track periodontal health over time
- Digital X-rays only when clinically indicated
- Oral cancer screening as part of every exam
- Fluoride and sealants where they add real protection
- Bite and wear assessment for grinding
Home care that actually changes outcomes
Technique matters more than product. We show where your brush is missing, which interdental tool fits your spacing, and how to protect enamel if you drink coffee, citrus or sparkling water throughout the day.
Catching problems while they are small
Small cavities become fillings. Ignored cavities become root canals. Tracking findings visit to visit lets us intervene at the least invasive, least expensive stage.
Common questions
Do I need X-rays at every visit?
No. We take images based on your risk level and clinical findings, not on a fixed schedule.
Is a deep cleaning the same as a regular cleaning?
No. Scaling and root planing treats active gum disease below the gumline and usually requires more time and local anaesthetic.
